Albert C. Santillan is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and has been in the practice of law for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, business law, international trade remedies, labor law and litigation.


He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree Major in Economics and Minor in Political Science from the De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo De Manila University, Philippines.


He sits as a board director in a number of Philippine corporations including in a leading private development bank with a network of about 45 branches


He is active in the Philippine Outsourcing and Offshoring (O&O) industry, considered to be the fastest growing industry in the Philippines with an estimated revenue of about US$5 billion in 2007 and is expected to double in two years. He served as a member of the board of trustees of the Medical Transcription Industry Association of the Philippines from 2008 to 2009, one of the growing sectors in the O&O industry.


He was for several years a district officer of the Rotary International District 3810 and past president of Rotary Club of Downtown Manila District 3810. He continues his active participation in the Rotary and regularly take part in activities and projects providing voluntary assistance to the less privileged citizens and communities in the Philippines.
